森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人が、第9期（2020年8月期）決算を発表した。 第9期における物件取得はなし。保有物件5物件のうち、「ヒルトン小田原リゾート＆スパ」は賃料算出対象期間が2019年であること、「ホテルサンルートプラザ新宿」は固定賃料であることから、これら2物件はコロナ禍による影響はなし。「シャングリ・ラ・東京」等その他3物件はコロナ禍の影響からホテルの売上げが3月以降大幅減少したため、賃料が減少し、前期比50％減益、1口当たり分配金は1,761円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは5物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,085億円、有利子負債比率は49.1％。 第10期（2021年2月期）は、世界的に感染拡大が収束していないことや、GoToトラベル等の影響を見積もることが難しいため、現段階で業績予想を未定とする。第10期の対象となる賃料算出期間終了後の12月を目処に公表する予定。
