森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人が、第9期（2020年8月期）業績予想を公表した。 新型コロナウイルスによる影響により、変動賃料の予測が困難として、第9期業績予想を未定と発表していたが、概ね予測が可能となったことから、業績予想を発表した。 保有物件5物件のうち「ヒルトン小田原リゾート＆スパ」等の2物件は、賃料計上基準期間が2019年であること及び固定賃料であるため、新型コロナウイルスによる影響を見込まない。一方「シャングリ・ラ・東京」を含む3物件で、変動賃料の減少を想定。第8期実績比51.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,727円となる見通し。
