森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人が、第8期（2020年2月期）決算を発表した。 第8期は「ヒルトン小田原リゾート＆スパ」を取得。これによる収益寄与、またラグビーワールドカップ等による既存物件の変動賃料の増加が寄与し、前期比10.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,563円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは5物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,085億円、有利子負債比率は48.9％。なお、変動賃料比率は43.9％。 第9期（2020年8月期）は、新型コロナウイルスの業績への影響を見積もることが現段階では難しいため、未定とする。5月中を目処に開示する予定。
