森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人が、第7期（2019年8月期）決算を発表した。 第7期における物件取得はなし。シャングリ・ラホテル東京、コートヤード・バイ・マリオット東京の売上げ増加、コートヤード・バイ・マリオット新大阪の前期の自然災害による影響の反動増により、前期比4.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,219円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは4物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,020億円、有利子負債比率は45.5％ 第8期は「ヒルトン小田原リゾート＆スパ」を取得。シャングリ・ラホテル東京の季節変動に伴う減収を見込む一方、新規物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比5.9％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は3,410円となる見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は48.8％を想定。
