森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人が、ヒルトン小田原リゾート＆スパを取得する。2017年2月上場後初めての取得となる。 物件は、JR東海道本線根府川駅より1キロに位置する、1997年竣工、12階建のリゾートホテル。2004年より「ヒルトン小田原リゾート＆スパ」として運営されている。総客室数172室。スポンサーの森トラストと共有持分50％ずつ共同で取得し、森トラスト・ホテルズ＆リゾーツの子会社であるMT＆ヒルトンホテルと30年間の定期賃貸借契約（変動賃料）を締結する。
