森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人（MTH）が、第4期（平成30年2月期）決算を発表した。 第4期における物件取得はなし。コートヤードマリオット東京及び新大阪の変動賃料が伸びる一方、シャングリ・ラホテル東京の季節変動に伴う減収により、前期比0.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,067円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは4物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,020億円、有利子負債比率は46.6％。 第5期（平成30年8月期）は、シャングリ・ラホテル東京の繁忙期による変動賃料増加を見込み、前期比2.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,150円となる見通し。 スポンサーの森トラストグループは、都心及び地方で新規ホテルの開発を進めている。これを背景に、MTHはスポンサーのサポートを活用して外部成長していく意向。
