森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人が、第3期（平成29年8月期）決算を発表した。 季節変動や運用日数の差異に伴い賃貸収入が増加する一方、固都税計上により、前期比3.7％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,070円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは4物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,020億円、有利子負債比率は46.5％。 第4期（平成30年2月期）は「シャングリ・ラホテル東京」の季節変動による減収を見込み、前期比1.9％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,010円となる見通し。
