投資法人みらいが、第19期（2025年10月期）決算を発表した。 第19期は、「MI府中テクニカルセンター」を取得、「東京衛生学園専門学校」を売却した。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により賃貸収益は増加したが、物件売却益の減少により、前期比3.8％減益。内部留保を行い、1口当たり分配金は1,289円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは44物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,801億円、有利子負債比率は49.3％。 第20期（2026年4月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比0.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,300円となる見通し。 第21期（2026年10月期）は、支払利息の増加等により、前期予想比1.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,275円となる見通し。 2028年までの中期経営計画に掲げる目標のうち、格付け向上を実現した。引き続き年率2％以上の分配金成長による1口当たり巡航分配金1,350円、資産規模2,500億円を目指す。
