投資法人みらいが、第18期（2025年4月期）決算を発表した。 第18期は、「MIテラス名古屋葵」等3物件を取得する一方、「ミ・ナーラ」等2物件を売却した。ミ・ナーラの売却損2,245百万円が発生したが、渋谷ワールドイーストビルの売却益2,391百万円と相殺、またホテルの変動賃料の増加が寄与し、前期比7.3％増益。1口当たり分配金は1,357円と前期比8％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは44物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,779百万円、有利子負債比率は48.8％。 第19期（2025年10月期）は、前期の物件売却損益がなくなることやホテルの変動賃料減少、修繕費の増加により、前期比10.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,210円と前期比10.8％減となる見通し。 第20期（2026年4月期）は、ホテルの変動賃料の増加、修繕費の減少により、前期予想比4.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,260円となる見通し。 新たに2028年までの中期経営計画を発表した。年率2％以上の分配金成長により1口当たり巡航分配金1,350円、資産規模2,500億円、更なる格付の向上を目指す。
