投資法人みらいが、「MIテラス横浜西口」等、中規模オフィスビル2物件、商業施設の底地1物件を取得する。3物件の取得額は計79億円。17日に売却した渋谷ワールドイーストビルとミ・ナーラの売却代金を本物件の取得資金に充当する。 これに伴い第18期（2025年4月期）業績予想を修正。物件売却損益差引き140百万円とホテルの変動賃料の増加が寄与し、12月に公表した業績予想に対し7.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,300円となる見通し。
