投資法人みらいが、「渋谷ワールドイーストビル」と「ミ・ナーラ」を売却する。 ミ・ナーラは、2017年取得後リニューアルやPM会社の変更等運用を模索してきたが、抜本的な収益改善が見込めないこと、簿価が増加する一方鑑定価格が低下していることから売却を検討。売却額は簿価及び鑑定価格を下回るが、今後のリーシングや工事費用を勘案し、売却を決定した。 売却損22.46億円が発生し分配金への影響を回避するため、含み益のある渋谷ワールドイーストビルを併せて売却する。2物件の売却額は計85.5億円。 これに伴い第18期（2025年4月期）に差引き140百万円の売却益が発生するが、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。売却資金を活用して物件取得を予定しており、決定次第業績予想を発表する見通し。
