投資法人みらいが、第16期（2024年4月期）決算を発表した。 第16期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「MIテラス浜松」等5物件を取得した。商業施設の減収、投資口発行費用や金利コスト増加となるが、新規物件の収益が寄与し、前期比4.3％増益。188百万円を内部留保し、投資口数7.7％増加により、1口当たり分配金は1,150円と前期比5.3％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは43物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,782億円、有利子負債比率は49.0％。 第17期（2024年10月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、ホテルや商業施設の賃料増加により、前期比0.8％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は1,185円となる見通し。 第18期（2025年4月期）は、ミ・ナーラの季節要因による減収を想定する一方、オフィスやホテルの賃料増加により、前期予想比2.0％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,185円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である1口当たり分配金1,300円、1口当たりNAV53,000円、資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
