投資法人みらいが、第15期（2023年10月期）決算を発表した。 第15期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により賃貸収益は増加したが、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比12％減益。1口当たり分配金は1,215円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは38物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,662億円、有利子負債比率は48.9％。 第16期（2024年4月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「MIテラス浜松」等5物件を取得。これにより増収となる一方、商業施設の減収、投資口発行費用や金利コスト増加により、前期比1.9％減益を見込む。内部留保より80百万円を取り崩すも、投資口数7.7％増加により、1口当たり分配金は1,150円と5.3％減となる見通し。 第17期（2024年10月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、商業施設やホテルの増収、修繕費の減少等により、前期予想比6.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,185円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である1口当たり分配金1,300円、1口当たりNAV53,000円、資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
