投資法人みらい（MIR）が、オフィスビルと商業施設を売却する。 オフィスビルは、港区麻布十番にある、1987年竣工の「マイスクエアビル」。商業施設は、大阪府和泉市にある、2008年竣工の「MEGAドン・キホーテ和泉中央店」。 MIRは、2025年までの中期経営計画の中で、1口当たりNAVの向上を掲げている。 MEGAドン・キホーテ和泉中央店は現状含み損となっており、これを解消することを目的に売却を検討。売却損を回避するため、マイスクエアビルと併せて売却する。MEGAドン・キホーテ和泉中央店の売却損211百万円と、マイスクエアビルの売却益505百万円を相殺し、差引き売却益294百万円が発生するが、一部を内部留保することを検討しているため、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。
