投資法人みらいが、第12期（2022年4月期）決算を発表した。 第12期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ツルミフーガ1」等4物件を取得した。ポートフォリオ全体の期末稼働率98.1％と前期より0.3ポイント上昇。新規物件が寄与し、前期比4.7％増益。投資口数6.6％増により、1口当たり分配金は1,267円と前期比1.7％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは38物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,645億円、有利子負債比率は48.8％。 第13期（2022年10月期）は、「コンフォートホテル長野」を売却。期末稼働率は98.7％と前期より0.6ポイント上昇する前提。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比1.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,285円となる見通し。 第14期（2023年4月期）は、期末稼働率98.9％と更に上昇する前提。1口当たり分配金は前期予想と同じ1,285円となる見通し。 併せて新たな中期経営計画を発表。低稼働のオフィスやリニューアルを行ったBizMiix淀屋橋とミ・ナーラの稼働回復により、2023年を目処に1口当たり分配金1,300円を目指す。更に2025年に向けて資産規模2,000億円、1口当たりNAV53,000円以上、更なる分配金の増加を中期目標とする。
