投資法人みらいが、第9期（2020年10月期）決算を発表した。 第9期は「MIUMIU神戸」の残り持分を売却。コロナ禍の影響から商業施設の賃料減額、ホテルの変動賃料が発生しないこと等により、前期比8.4％減益となり、1口当たり分配金は1,429円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは33物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,509億円、有利子負債比率は47.5％。 第10期（2021年4月期）は、コロナ禍に適したポートフォリオ構築を目的として物件入替えを行い、「小田原機材管理センター」の底地を取得する一方、「コンフォートホテル新山口」を売却。これにより売却益7百万円が発生するが、前期の物件売却益の反動減により、前期比18.9％減益を想定し、1口当たり分配金は1,160円となる見通し。 第11期（2021年10月期）は、コロナ禍におけるリバイバルプランと掲げた、「ホテルWBF淀屋橋南」をオフィス「BizMiix淀屋橋」への転用、奈良の商業施設「ミ・ナーラ」のリニューアルによる収益が貢献し、前期予想比8.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,260円となる見通し。 引き続きリバイバルプラン完遂及びホテル変動賃料回復後における1口当たり巡航分配金1,300円台中盤を目指す。
