投資法人みらい（MIR）が、山口県に保有するホテルを売却する。 売却する物件は、山陽新幹線新山口駅より徒歩2分に位置する、宿泊特化型ホテル。 MIRは、コロナ禍に対応したポートフォリオを構築すべく、当面ホテルは取得せず、一方コロナ禍の影響が懸念される物件を売却対象として、物件入替の方針を掲げている。物件入替の第一弾として、本物件を売却する。売却額は9.2億円。直近期の鑑定価格を下回るが、売却益7百万円を確保する。業績予想の修正はなし。
