投資法人みらいが、保有する物流施設「六甲アイランドDC」の共有持分7.55％を売却する。売却先は、スポンサーである三井物産がデジタル証券事業として設立したファンド。売却額は7.17億円。これにより売却益58百万円が発生する見込み。 併せて、新型コロナウイルスによる影響を反映し、第8期（2020年4月期）及び第9期（2020年10月期）業績予想を修正した。 保有するホテルのうち変動賃料のある3物件において、第9期末まで変動賃料が発生しない前提とする。 第8期は、上記の物件売却益を計上するが、2月以降の変動賃料の減少により、12月に公表した業績予想に対し0.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,560円となる見通し。 第9期は、3月に取得した2物件が通期寄与するが、変動賃料が通期発生せず、更に商業施設やその他のホテルの賃料支払い遅延リスクを想定し、102百万円の減収を見込む。前回予想比7.5％減益、1口当たり分配金は1,480円となる見通し。
