投資法人みらいが、第6期（2019年4月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「スマイルホテル那覇シティリゾート」等ホテル4物件、物流施設1物件を取得した。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比18.2％増益。投資口数が16.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,745円と前期比1.4％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは29物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,450億円、有利子負債比率は49.0％。 第7期（2019年10月期）は、テナント入替えに伴うフリーレント終了や賃料増額により増収となる一方、固都税や資産運用報酬の増加等により、前期比0.7％減益を見込む。投資口4分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は1,425円（分割前換算5,700円となる見通し。 第8期（2020年4月期）は、フリーレント終了や稼働率上昇が寄与する一方、ホテルの季節変動に伴う減収により、前期予想比0.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は1,425円と前期予想と変わらない見通し。 引き続き1口当たり分配金の維持向上、分配金利回りの低下を主軸とし、2020年末までに資産規模2,000億円、有利子負債比率45％以下を目指す。
