投資法人みらいが投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2016年12月上場後初めて。 発行口数は43,300口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は2,160口。これにより発行後の投資口数は15.5％増の339,210口となる予定。 調達額は約78億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、名古屋のオフィスビルと都内のホテル、2物件の取得額は計126億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は11.5％増の1,222億円となる。 これらに伴い、第5期（平成30年10月期）業績予想を修正。新規取得2物件に加え、3月に取得したホテル3物件の通期稼働、4月にリニューアルオープンした「ミ・ナーラ」の賃貸収益が寄与し、12月に公表した業績予想に対し15.5％増益を見込む。投資口数増加により、1口当たり分配金は5,600円と変わらない見通し。 併せて第6期（平成31年4月期）業績予想を発表。当期純利益は前期予想と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,600円となる見通し。 なお、第5期及び第6期末の有利子負債比率は48.1％程度と、第4期（平成30年4月期）末の49％想定から低下を見込む。
