さくら総合リート投資法人のスポンサーが提起した仮処分申請の一部が却下

さくら総合リート投資法人のスポンサーであり投資主であるガリレオグループが提起した仮処分申請のうち、8月30日午前10時に開催された投資主総会の「さくら不動産投資顧問の資産運用委託契約の解約」「スターアジア投資顧問との資産運用委託契約の締結」の決議結果に対する効力停止に関する申立てが、9日、東京地方裁判所に却下された。 本申請の内容が、さくら総合リート投資法人の著しい損害及び危険を回避するために必要であると認められないと判断された。 なお、そのほかの仮処分申請については未決定。
