さくら総合リート投資法人のスポンサーがスターアジアグループによる合併提案に対する禁止を求める仮処分を申請

さくら総合リート投資法人（SSR）のスポンサーであり投資主であるガリレオグループが、8月30日午前に開催された投資主総会の決議方法に違反があるとの認識から、承認可決された決議の一部を取り消しを求める訴訟を9月24日にSSRに提起した。 併せて、10月7日、ガリレオグループは、投資主総会決議の効力及び執行停止、さくら不動産投資顧問との資産運用委託契約の解約の禁止、スターアジア投資顧問との資産運用委託契約の締結の禁止を含め、スターアジア不動産投資法人との合併に向けた全ての行為の禁止に関する仮処分の申し立てを行った。
