さくら総合リート投資法人が、第7期（2019年12月期）業績予想を修正した。 投資法人みらいとの合併契約を解約。合併検討に関わる費用計上により、6月に公表した業績予想に対し16.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,029円となる見通し。 なお、8月30日の投資主総会の決議結果に伴い、2020年2月末にさくら不動産投資顧問との資産運用委託契約が解約となり、2020年3月よりスターアジアグループの傘下となる予定。これに伴う業績への影響は未定。
