さくら総合リート投資法人の投資主総会が、本日午前と午後の2回行われた。 午前のスターアジアグループ主催の総会は、スターアジアグループの議案が可決。午後のさくら総合リート投資法人主催の総会は、みなし賛成が適用されず、議決権数が定足数に満たなかったため、審議に至らなかった。 これらの決議結果から、さくら総合リート投資法人の執行役員は、スターアジアグループであるライオンパートナーズ代表の杉原氏となり、資産運用会社はスターアジア投資顧問となる。今後スターアジア不動産投資法人との合併が進む見通し。
