さくら総合リート投資法人が、第5期（2018年12月期）決算を発表した。 第5期における物件取得はなし。運用期間が一時的に4ヶ月間であった前期に対し、当期は6ヶ月間となったため、前期比44％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,662円となった。（前期を6ヶ月に換算した場合は、前期の物件売却益の影響で前期比4％減益） 期末のポートフォリオは17物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は560億円。物件売却益を借入金の返済に充当したため、有利子負債比率は前期の46.2％から44.8％へ低下した。 第6期（2019年6月期）は、商業施設のテナント解約金収入が発生する一方、季節変動に伴う水道光熱費収入の減少や、仲介手数料及び管理費の増加により、前期予想比1.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,634円となる見通し。 第7期（2019年12月期）は、ポートフォリオの6.7％を占めるNKビルの大型テナント退去による減収を見込み、前期予想比7.9％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,427円となる見通し。
