さくら総合リート投資法人が、札幌に保有する商業施設を売却する。 売却する物件は、札幌市営地下鉄西11丁目駅より徒歩7分に位置する、平成15年竣工、10階建の商業施設。売却額は16.4億円。売却先は北海道食糧産業。簿価に対し約15％高い水準で売却し売却益を確保するとともに、今後売却代金を活用して物件取得を検討する。 本売却に伴い売却益133百万円が発生する。売却益は分配する予定だが、物件取得を検討中のため、業績予想は物件取得決定後に公表する。
