さくら総合リート投資法人が、決算期を2月/8月から6月/12月期へ変更することを発表した（但し、5月31日開催予定の投資主総会における規約変更の承認を前提条件とする）。 変更の理由を、不動産取得機会を増やし資金調達の時期に対応するためとする。 これに伴い、第4期の運用期間が平成30年3月～平成30年6月の4ヶ月間となる。運用期間短縮により、1口当たり分配金は1,801円となる見通し。 第5期（平成30年12月期）は、4月に公表した業績予想に対し0.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,700円となる見通し。
