さくら総合リート投資法人が、第1期（平成29年2月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用期間は、9月9日からの173日間。9月9日に18物件（取得額合計573億円）を取得し、総合型REITとして運用を開始。当期純利益509百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,529円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは18物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は573億円、有利子負債比率は48.0％。 第2期（平成29年8月期）は、固都税が増加するも、上場費用がなくなるため、前期比183％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,803円となる見通し。 第3期（平成30年2月期）は、資産運用報酬の増加により、前期予想比3.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,700円となる見通し。有利子負債比率は、第2期末及び第3期末ともに45.9％程度を見込む。 また資産規模の中期的目標として、5年以内に1,500億円を目指す。
