三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人が、第16期（2024年7月期）決算を発表した。 第16期は、「MFLP東名綾瀬」追加分等、4物件を取得。これにより賃貸収入は増加したが、固都税、支払利息、合併費用の増加により、前期比1.1％減益。減価償却費の37.7％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は9,214円と前期比3.6％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは30物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,997億円、有利子負債比率は40.6％。 第17期は、11月1日のアドバンス・ロジスティクス投資法人との合併に併せて、運用期間が2024年8月～2024年10月の3ヶ月間となる予定（9月30日開催予定の投資主総会における承認を条件とする）。当期利益2,064百万円を見込む。減価償却費の48.7％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,657円（6ヶ月換算で9,314円）となる見通し。 合併後となる第18期（2025年7月期）及び第19期（2026年1月期）業績予想は、8月5日公表より修正なし。
