三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人が、第13期（2023年1月期）決算を発表した。 第13期における物件取得はなし。前期に発生した空室部分の埋め戻しが寄与し、前期比1.0％増益。減価償却費の23.4％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は8,401円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは24物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,422億円、有利子負債比率は35.9％。 第14期（2023年7月期）は、「MFLP大阪交野」を取得。固都税が増加するが、新規物件の収益が寄与し、前期比0.7％増益を見込む。減価償却費の27.5％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は8,772円となる見通し。 第15期（2024年1月期）は、太陽光発電設備賃料の減少やテナント入替えに伴うフリーレント発生により、前期予想比0.9％減益を見込む。減価償却費の28％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は8,735円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模5,000億円を目指す。
