三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人が、第12期（2022年7月期）決算を発表した。 第12期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「MFLP八千代勝田台」等、物流施設3物件を取得した。既存物件で一部空室が発生したが、新規物件の収益が寄与し、前期比11.3％増益。投資口数が6.3％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は4.8％増となった。減価償却費の23.9％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は8,353円と5.8％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは24物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,422億円、有利子負債比率は36.5％。 第13期（2023年1月期）は、空室部分の稼働上昇により、前期比0.3％増益を見込む。減価償却費の24.1％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は8,396円となる見通し。 第14期（2023年7月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比2.8％減益を見込む。減価償却費の25.5％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は8,263円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模5,000億円を目指す。
