三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人が、第6期（2019年7月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「MFLP稲沢」等、物流施設6物件（うち4物件は追加持分）を取得。 これにより前期比44.9％増益。投資口数が44.2％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,496円と前期を6.4％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは16物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,567億円、有利子負債比率は29.1％。 第7期（2020年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,541円と前期を0.7％上回る見通し。 第8期（2020年7月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比4.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,346円と前期予想を3％下回る見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第7期末に27.6％、第8期末に26.9％を見込む。
