三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人が、第5期（2019年1月期）決算を発表した。 第5期は「MFLPつくば」を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加が寄与し、前期比5.2％増益。減価償却費の11％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,105円と前期を4.7％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは13物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,035億円、有利子負債比率は26.8％。 第6期（2019年7月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「MFLP稲沢」等6物件を取得。これにより前期比41.7％増益を見込む。減価償却費の21％相当額を利益超過分配とし、投資口数が44.2％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,415円と前期を5.1％上回る見通し。 第7期（2020年1月期）は、第6期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比1.4％増益を見込む。減価償却費の20％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は6,492円と前期予想を1.2％上回る見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第6期末に29.4％、第7期末に27.6％を見込む。
