三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人が、第3期（平成30年1月期）決算を発表。 第3期は「MFLP小牧」の共有持分40％を取得。これにより前期比2.8％増益。減価償却費の10.3％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,563円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは10物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は787億円、有利子負債比率は22.5％。 第4期（平成30年7月期）は、上場後初となる投資口の追加発行を行い「MFLP日野 」等3物件を取得。これにより前期比19.3％増益を見込む。1口当たり出資額が5.4％上昇するプレミアム増資の効果もあり、投資口数が17.3％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,745円と前期を3.3％上回る見通し。有利子負債比率は24.2％を見込む。 第5期（平成31年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比1.6％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,833円となる見通し。有利子負債比率は23.6％を見込む。
