三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人が、第2期（平成29年7月期）決算を発表した。 第2期における物件取得はなし。固都税が計上される一方、創立費や投資口発行費がなくなったため、前期比3.8％増益。利益超過分配45百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,346円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは9物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は755億円、有利子負債比率は21.6％。 第3期（平成30年1月期）は「MFLP小牧」を取得。これに伴い賃貸収益が増加し、前期比0.9％増加を見込む。利益超過分配68百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,493円となる見通し。 第4期（平成30年7月期）は、前期予想比0.2％減益を見込む。利益超過分配69百万円を加算し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,486円となる見通し。
