8月2日上場した三井不動産ロジスティクスパーク投資法人が、第1期（平成29年1月期）及び第2期（平成29年7月期）業績予想を修正した。支払利息及び投資口発行費用が当初想定より減少したことにより、第1期は上場日に公表した業績予想に対し4.3％増益を見込む。利益超過分配金が減少するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,923円と2.7％上回る見通し。 第2期は、前回予想比2.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,057円と1.4％上回る見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第1期末26.9％、第2期末22.8％の見込み。
