マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第17期（2024年12月期）決算を発表した。 第17期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「フジグラン宇部」等9物件を取得する一方、「アルティザ千代田」の残持分を売却した。これによる賃貸収益及び物件売却益の増加が寄与し、前期比24.7％増益。投資口数が18.7％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は5.1％増加。利益超過分配金を減価償却費の9％相当額に減額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,617円と前期比1.8％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは60物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は618億円、有利子負債比率は48.5％。 第18期（2025年6月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比25％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,101円と前期比14％減となる見通し。 第19期（2025年12月期）は、原状回復費収入の減少、支払利息の増加等により、前期予想比2.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,033円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である資産規模1,000億円の早期達成を目指す。
