マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、「アルティザ千代田」を売却する。 売却する物件は、名古屋市中区にある、2017年竣工、14階建のマンション。12月末時点の稼働率は94.8％。エリアの競合が激化していることから、鑑定価格及び簿価を上回る価格で売却できる点を考慮し、売却を決定した。売却額は12億円。2期に分割して売却する。 これに伴い業績予想を修正。 第16期（2024年6月期）は、2月に公表した業績予想に対し15.8％増益を見込む。利益超過分配を減額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,604円と10.7％増となる見通し。 第17期（2024年12月期）は、前回予想比20.7％増益を見込む。利益超過分配を減額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,605円となる見通し。
