マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第15期（2023年12月期）決算を発表した。 第15期における物件取得はなし。ポートフォリオ全体の期中平均稼働率は98.5％と前期より0.2ポイント低下した。賃貸収益は増加したが、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比10.9％減益。減価償却費の28％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金は3,452円と前期比7％減となった。 期末のポートフォリオは52物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は501億円、有利子負債比率は48.7％。 第16期（2024年6月期）は、固都税やリーシング費用の増加により、前期比7.7％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,255円と前期比5.7％減となる見通し。 第17期（2024年12月期）は、住宅の非繁忙期に伴う修繕費やリーシング費用の減少により、前期予想比0.7％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,276円となる見通し。
