マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第10期（2021年6月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は、「アルティザ浅間町」を取得。これによる賃貸収入やMRRおおいたの解約違約金収入が寄与し、前期比0.3％増益。減価償却費の26％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,572円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは32物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は304億円、有利子負債比率は49.2％。 第11期（2021年12月期）は、前期の解約違約金収入がなくなることから、前期比7.4％減益を見込む。減価償却費の29.9％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,401円となる見通し。 第12期（2022年6月期）は、住宅の繁忙期に伴いリーシング費用が増加するが、礼金収入の増加により、前期予想比0.4％増益を見込む。減価償却費の29.9％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,417円となる見通し。 なお、地方で物流施設が増えている背景から、投資対象に物流施設を追加することを発表。従来とおり、住宅・商業施設を主要な用途として維持しながら、ホテル・オフィス・物流施設・駐車場を30％以下で組み入れる方針。
