マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第8期（2020年6月期）決算を発表した。 第8期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「アルティザ淡路駅東」等、6物件を取得した。これにより前期比17.5％増益。投資口数が15.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1.8％増加。減価償却費の27％相当額の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,494円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは31物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は299億円、有利子負債比率は48.5％。 コロナ禍の影響は、賃料ベースでポートフォリオ全体の27％相当の減額要請を受けたが、全体の3.6％で支払猶予やフリーレントの対応を実施し、業績への影響は限定的。 第9期（2020年12月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比0.6％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,507円となる見通し。 第10期（2021年6月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比2.2％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,464円となる見通し。
