マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第7期（2019年12月期）決算を発表した。 第7期は「セブンイレブン甲府相生1丁目店」の底地を売却。修繕費が増加する一方、既存物件の賃料増、物件売却益3.8百万円により、前期比0.4％増益。減価償却費の30％相当額の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,504円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは25物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は250億円、有利子負債比率は49.3％。 第8期（2020年6月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「アルティザ鶴舞」等、6物件を取得。これにより前期比15.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が15.4％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は3,014円と前期比0.2％増を想定。減価償却費の28％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,463円と前期比1.2％減となる見通し。 第9期（2020年12月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や、外注委託費の減少等により、前期予想比2.0％増益を見込む。減価償却費の27％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,507円となる見通し。
