マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2年ぶり。 発行口数は19,371口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は969口。これにより発行後の投資口数は15.4％増の152,680口となる予定。 調達額は24億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金とする。 取得する物件は「アルティザ鶴舞」等、レジデンス3物件、商業施設及び底地3物件の計6物件、取得額は計49.5億円。取得後の資産規模は19.8％増の299億円となり、有利子負債比率は49.1％から48.9％へ低下する見込み。 これに伴い第8期（2020年6月期）業績予想を修正。売却したセブンイレブン甲府（底地）の収益がなくなる一方、新規6物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、昨年8月に公表した業績予想に対し19.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,463円と1.9％増となる見通し。 併せて第9期（2020年12月期）業績予想を発表。6物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,507円となる見通し。
