マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、山梨県甲府市の店舗（底地）を売却する。本投資法人の物件売却は2016年上場来初めて。 売却する物件は、JR甲府駅より徒歩15分に位置する、セブンイレブンの店舗の底地。借地人であるセブンイレブン・ジャパンが2020年1月に退去するため、スポンサーであるマリモに売却する。売却額は2.29億円。 本売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
