マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第6期（2019年6月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は「アルティザ東島田」を取得。管理費や固都税が増加する一方、賃貸収入の増加、修繕費及び水光熱費の減少により、前期比0.3％増益。減価償却費の30％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,494円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは26物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は252億円、有利子負債比率は49.1％。 第7期（2019年12月期）は、MRRおおむたのテナント退去、非繁忙期に伴う礼金や原状回復費収入の減少により、前期比3.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,400円となる見通し。 第8期（2020年6月期）は、セブンイレブン甲府の地代が減少する一方、繁忙期に伴う礼金・原状回復費収入の増加により、当期利益は前期予想と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,400円となる見通し。
