マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第4期（2018年6月期）決算を発表した。 第4期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「MRRくまもと」等7物件を取得。これにより前期比50％増益。減価償却費の29％相当額を利益超過分配とし、投資口数が45.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,441円と前期を0.3％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは25物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は245億円、有利子負債比率は47.8％。 第5期（2018年12月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、修繕費や資産運用報酬の増加により、前期比1％減益を見込む。減価償却費の29.3％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,426円となる見通し。 第6期（2019年6月期）は、修繕費が減少する一方、固都税の増加により、前期予想比1％減益を見込む。減価償却費の29.8％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,404円となる見通し。
