マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2016年7月上場後初めて。発行口数は39,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は1,975口。これにより発行後の投資口数は45.6％増の132,443口となる予定。 調達額は44億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 取得する物件は「アルティザ上前津Ⅱ」等レジデンス2物件、「MRRくまもと」等商業施設（底地含む）5物件の計7物件、取得額は計77億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は45.8％増の245億円となる。 これらに伴い、第4期（平成30年6月期）業績予想を修正。7物件取得が寄与し、8月に公表した業績予想に対し50％増益を見込む。減価償却費の29.8％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,424円と前回予想を1％上回る見通し。 併せて第5期（平成30年12月期）業績予想を発表。当期利益は前期と同水準を見込む。減価償却費の29.6％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,425円となる見通し。
