マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第2期（平成29年6月期）決算を発表した。 第2期は「アルティザ東別院」を取得。これにより2月に公表した業績予想に対し9.4％増益。当期の減価償却費の30％相当額の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,462円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは18物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は168億円、有利子負債比率は49.8％。 第3期（平成29年12月期）は、稼働率の上昇により前期比増収となる一方、投資主総会費用等の増加により、前期比3.0％減益を見込む。減価償却費の29.1％相当額の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,394円と前期を2.0％下回る見通し。 第4期（平成30年6月期）の1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,389円となる見通し。
