マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第1期（平成28年12月期）決算を発表した。 第1期の実質的な運用期間は、物件を取得した8月1日からの153日間。上場時に地方のレジデンス及び商業施設を中心に17物件を取得し、当期純利益は49百万円、減価償却費の30％を利益超過分配とし1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は977円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは17物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は161.7億円、有利子負債比率は50.0％。 第2期（平成29年6月期）は、運用期間が6ヶ月間となることや支払利息の減少が寄与し、前期比394％増益を見込む。減価償却費の29.8％を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は3,210円となる見通し。 第3期（平成29年12月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,203円となる見通し。 中期的な目標として、スポンサーであるマリモやサポート契約を締結する地方銀行を活用し、3年後に資産規模500億円、5年後に1,000億円を目指す。
