マリモ地方創生リート投資法人が、第1期（平成28年12月期）及び第2期（平成29年6月期）業績予想を修正した。 第1期は、稼働率上昇による収益増加、営業費用及び上場費用の減少を反映し、8月26日に公表した業績予想に対し334％増益を見込む。減価償却費の減少に伴い利益超過分配が減少するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は977円と前回予想を69％上回る見通し。 第2期は、前回予想比3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,210円となる見通し。
